After a rapid start to the 2025 season, it’s exciting to now be number 3 in the FEI World Rankings. It’s a massive team effort and huge thanks to everyone who has been involved in this journey, and who has trusted our way of producing horses. It’s a testament to the t... Read more...
We made the trip up to Cheshire for our last UK event of the season at Kelsall Hill. It's an event I highly rate and although it's a fair trek for a one day event it certainly lived up to expectations. The ground was great and the courses have a lovely flow, and testing yet educational questions for the horses.

From the highs of Burghley, we headed to Blenheim where we had two horses, Amiro Island and Cooley Anything You Like, competing in the 4*S 8&9 year old class.
I never like to count chickens until they hatch, but after the spring three-day-events we had five horses aiming for Burghley. It’s been a decade-long plan to produce young horses through the grades and have a strong hand at five-star level, and some have been with us since they we... Read more...

The sun goes down on our best year yet - with great results across the board including podium finishes at long format 2*, 3*, 4* and 5*, and finishing 2023 as World Number 5.
Hats off to every single person in the army it takes to make this happen, and wishing everyone a very happy &...
Annaghmore Valoner put in a rock solid performance for a podium finish in her first 4*L at Blenheim Palace. She was one of only two in a hundred strong field to finish on her dressage score!
Et Hop du Matz also nailed his 4*L debut, crui...
It was a dream result for Charlotte Opperman's Cavalier Crystal, the mare who showed all her class to finish on the podium at her first 5*. She has been flying quietly under the radar but her form has been unbelivably consistent, her dressage scores this season average above 70%, she hasn't had a show jumping fault since 2021, or a cross country fault (her onl...
It’s a mammoth task to produce a horse from a youngster to 5* level, and what many watching these events may not realise is that it’s another achievement to keep a horse fit, sound and well in the run up to the event and even get them to the starting line. I’m so proud of our whole team, who have worked their socks off and been so dedicated to the horses, to have FOUR horses a...
We took a strong crew of horses up to Northumberland for Burgham International. It’s a long way to travel but well worth the trip for what’s a very horse friendly event with great tracks and a super ‘can-do’ organising team. Most of our horses were there for a prep run ahead of Burghley and Blenheim. I like to run these horses quietly cross country so they have tim... Read more...
It’s been a very busy few weeks for the team. The younger horses came out flying following great results at Luhmuhlen 5* and Bramham 4*L in June for Tenareze and Cavalier Crystal respectively.
Luhmuhlen brought the success that Tenareze and his support team deseved following many years of work and belief, and the disappointment of withdrawing from his first Badminton after a top ten dressage performance.
It was a very quick turnaround for Jess who was only home from Bramham f...
After a busy few weeks, with Badminton flowing straight into Aston-le-Walls and then on to Chatsworth in as many days, we ventured to Devon for Bicton with five horses in the Long format classes, before turning our eyes north to Yorkshire for Bramham.

Bicton was a new three day event on this year’s calendar and the Bicton team put on a great show. We had our work cut out with five horses running in long format classes – the 7 year olds contesting their first three day event in the 2*L, and 8 year old Jet Fight... Read more...

We made the long trek to the north Norfolk coast for Burnham Market with six horses – one in the three-star, one in the four-star four, and four in the advanced. The already busy weekend became somewhat overwhelming when heavy rain tried to stop play again, and the advanced jumping phases were postponed to the same day as the three and four-star. Jess an... The horses have come out of the winter on superb form, despite the British weather causing havoc to the start of the eventing season, with endless & ongoing cancellations and abandonments.

Tenareze finally made it to the start line of his first five-star. It was a great thrill for his owners and the support team to have him there as it’s taken a long time to get him to this stage.
