Winning end to UK sesason at Kelsall Hill

We made the trip up to Cheshire for our last UK event of the season at Kelsall Hill.  It's an event I highly rate and although it's a fair trek for a one day event it certainly lived up to expectations.  The ground was great and the courses have a lovely flow, and testing yet educational questions for the horses.

We had super results from Kilcannon Sensation and Galakis de l'Ocean who did cracking tests and jumped double clear to complete on their dressage scores of 28 and 23 respectively. Kilcannon Sensation took the top spot in his Intermediate Section and Galakis de l'Ocean was a very close second in the OI.

Barrington Bear made his Intermediate debut and I was delighted with his confident but steady double clear.  Nashville and If in Doubt are almost ready to step up to Intermediate, but both had good runs in the Novice with Nashville leading the dressage in his section on a 21 and If in Doubt leading his section on a 24.

This gang will now gradually be turned away for their well earned holidays whilst we prepare to make the big trip across the Atlantic with Away Cruising & Et Hop du Matz for the Maryland 5*.
