Hartpury

Harry had a great trip to Hartpury with Orlando and Away Cruising for their Pre-Blenheim CIC*** runs.  Orlando did a super dressage test to put him at the top of the leader board on a score of 38.  It was their first 3* test together so we couldn't have been happier.  Away Cruising did a nice test but with areas for improvement in the canter work and scored a respectable 51. Orlando jumped beautifully in the show jumping and was very unlucky to have a fence down but gave Harry a really good ride cross country and finished in 11th place despite running him steadily and finishing with 16 time faults.  The course was tough and caused a huge numher of problems so we were thrilled that both horses jumped solid clear rounds.

We raced straight from Hartpury to Devon for a wedding in record time!
