Sports Personality of the Year

It was a great to be invited to Sports Personality of the Year, which was held in Glasgow , host  to  this year's Commonwealth Games.  It was an amazing experience, with an electrifying atmosphere inside the Hydro .

Rosie and I were  very lucky to be seated just a few rows from the front of the  stage so we were in the thick of the action. There was a real 'end of term' party feel to the reception before the show and at the after party. It's always nice to cross over with other sports, seeing  people we've met over the years and mak ing new friends.

It was wonderful to have Charlotte Dujardin representing equestrianism, she's a great ambassador and it was so well deserved after her achievements . It was great to see the public getting behind her, she did really well to finish 4th behind much more mainstream sports.
