Making the most of the rainy days
Whilst the cancellation of Badminton followed by Chatsworth has been hugely frustrating, Harry has been making the most of the rainy days and has continued to work with Laura Bechtolsheimer on his dressage as well as helping her with her jumping. Lily did not want to miss out on the fun and thought it best to start as you mean to go on. She had her first ride, not on a 12hh Shetland pony, but on dressage super star Mistral Horjis!!! Lucky girl!
The horses are all in really good form, just longing to get out competing. Harry and Wild Lone's plans once again have changed and he will now do the CIC*** at Houghton and then plans to do the CCI**** at Luhmuhlen in June. Tinkas Time, Tall Story and Easter Fable are also heading to Houghton, whilst the young horses will go to Mount Ballan next weekend.
