Badminton Cross Country

I'm chuffed to bits with the ride I had on Wild Lone today who felt total class around the tough new course at Badminton.  It was a day of thrills and spills with the leader board turned upside down so I am delighted to be sitting in 8th place tonight ahead of tomorrow's show jumping. I've had Wild Lone since he was a four year old and he has never put a foot wrong across country. The conditions were particularly hostile today with very strong winds and holding ground but we managed one of the faster rounds of the day and Wild Lone finished well. He trotted up beautifully this evening so we're looking forward to tomorrow! It was a real battleground out there and I couldn't be happier with how he went.

We'll pubish some more photos as soon as we can.
