Away Cruising wins BYEH qualifier

With more events cancelled, most recently West Wilts yesterday, it was great to get out today.  We took Away Cruising to Hartpury for the Burghley Young Event Horse qualifier.  He is a lovely mover and super jumper and he performed beautifully in both dressage and jumping.  This was followed by excellent marks for his conformation and he went through to the final section on the highest score.  The final section judged the horses on four star quality and potential to make the ULTIMATE THREE DAY EVENT HORSE.  He was scored the most points in this section and as a result won the class with ease and cruised through to the final which will be held at Burghley.  Away Crusing's owner, Charlotte Opperman, is delighted to have both her horses going to Burghley this year with Wild Lone preparing for the CCI****.
